• Closely works together with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chefs on development of the department according to divisional objectives.

Physical Attributes:

• Physically fit

Education:

• College graduate or an equivalent training/seminar in Culinary.

• Managerial skills:

  • b. Organizational & Time Management
  • c. People & skills utilization
  • d. Motivation
• Eye for detail
• Menu planning and recipe costing
• Training skills 
• Basic computer skills
• Communication skills.

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years experience in a similar position in a similar business establishment.

Language & Dialect spoken:

• Can communicate in English.
• Speaks Bisaya or Tagalog
