Brief Description:

• Reports directly to Director of Culinary
• Supplies all outlet of their meat/ poultry/ fish and seafood requirement according to each outlets standards on cuts, portion size, quality and quantity.

Physical Attributes:

• Physically fit, to meet the physical demands of the job.

Education:

• High School graduate with training in Culinary Arts, food handling, and management.

Skills:

• Oral and written communication skills
• People management and skills handling.
• Training skills
• De-boning and Sausage making
• Computer Literate

Work Experience:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position

Language & Dialect spoken:

• English and Tagalog or Bisaya
