The HOTEL is named after a local weed and herbal plant, known as ‘agusais’ or ‘asahas’, which grows on barren and unused lands.
Just like the humble palm grass, resilient and persistently growing in abundance despite harsh conditions, we aim to become staunch advocates for the preservation of the Cebuano cultural heritage as well as promote eco-friendly practices at all times.

HOTEL NIGHT DUTY OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Graduate of bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field.
- Previous Front Office experience in supervisory / management capacity in a Midscale or Luxury property is required
- With customer service experience and general computer skills required.
- Property/Hotel Management Software experience is required.
- Skills and experience in night audit, directing and overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift are preferred.
- Strong management skills, ability to appropriately assign or delegate work and authority to others to accomplish goals, provide coaching, advice and assistance as required.
- Must be able to communicate in English; writing and speaking other languages are advantages
- Good personality/charm
