TRAINING MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Psychology or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Design, plan and expand training and development programs based on employees competency (requirements & gap), career path and company needs.
- Develop and conduct effective Orientation programs for newly joined Staff
- Perform a formal training needs analysis
- Determine cost/benefit analysis of training and its effectiveness
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledgeable with MS Office applications
