RESORT SUPERVISOR / SPA SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

Graduate of Hospitality Management or any other course
Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Spa or Resort Operations
Fluent written and spoken English, second language would be considered an asset
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Excellent overall communication skills and strong computer knowledge
The ability to work well in a team environment
Flexible schedules and working hours; willingness to work weekends & holidays required
Able to multi-task
Enthusiastic about training, managing and motivating a Team
Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
Honest and trustworthy
