Brief Description:

• Reports directly to Exec Pastry Chef
• Supports the Executive Pastry Chef in all Bakery Kitchen ensuring it’s working to its full potential, set standards and procedures.

Physical Attributes:

• Physically fit, to meet the physical demands of the job.

Education:

• College education or an equivalent training in Culinary Arts, food handling, and management.

Skills:

• Oral and written communication skills
• People management and skills handling.
• Training skills
• Culinary artistry (Showpieces and bread decorating/design)
• Computer Literate

Work Experience:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position

Language & Dialect spoken:

• English and Tagalog or Bisaya
