Qualifications:

• College level/graduate
• Has over five years of experience in the same capacity in a Hotel and  Restaurant Industry
• Excellent management skills on kitchen operations and services
• Innovative, creative and can do menu engineering
• Has an eye and passion for food quality and presentation
• Can do various cuisine, Asian and International food
• Knowledge on food safety regulations
• Strong leadership skills
• Has a good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature and goal driven
• Can handle pressure with less supervision
