FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 5 yrs. experience in managing a restaurant, catering various types of cuisines
- With strong knowledge in F&B Policies & Procedures, Safety & Sanitation
- Organized and can work even under pressure
- Details oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel
- Willing to be assigned outside of Cebu City
