Knowledge, skills and abilities required for this post are:

Graduate of any 4 year course
With 1-2 years housekeeping supervisory experience is an advantage
Very strong management skills, communication, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment
Ability to work irregular schedules including holidays and weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledgeable in Hotel Property Management System like Opera, Acid Soft and the like
