FRONT OFFICE TEAM LEADER

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Hospitality Management or any business related course
Minimum of 3 years in the hospitality industry preferably in the Front Office, at least 1 year supervisory experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Extensive knowledge in Front Office operations
Knowledge on Micros Opera PMS and Channel Manager System is required
High level of confidence and leadership skills
