FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• 6 months – 1 year experience in front office operations
• Must be able to process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments, handle & coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals, handle guest`s concerns, offer referral for services and handle requests for information, assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours
• Can work with less supervision and attentive to details
• Good communications skills
• Must possess strong leadership and excellent motivational abilities
• Flexible in working hours and ability to multitask
• Computer Literate

HOTEL NIGHT DUTY OFFICER

 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. 
• Previous Front Office experience in supervisory / management capacity in a Midscale or Luxury property is required
• With customer service experience and general computer skills required.     
• Property/Hotel Management Software experience is required.
• Skills and experience in night audit, directing and overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift are preferred.
• Strong management skills, ability to appropriately assign or delegate work and authority to others to accomplish goals, provide coaching, advice and assistance as required. 
• Must be able to communicate in English; writing and speaking other languages are advantages
• Good personality/charm
