Job Description:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
• Must be flexible, efficient and has attention to detail
• Able to delegate, coach, and allocate and manage resources
• Able to execute decision-making, problem-solving, organizing, planning, coaching skills
• Stress tolerant and able to work with different personalities
• Applicants must be willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City

We are a recognized Hotel Industry and we need applicants for the following job positions:

 

HOTEL NIGHT DUTY OFFICER

 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. 
• Previous Front Office experience in supervisory / management capacity in a Midscale or Luxury property is required
• With customer service experience and general computer skills required.     
• Property/Hotel Management Software experience is required.
• Skills and experience in night audit, directing and overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift are preferred.
• Strong management skills, ability to appropriately assign or delegate work and authority to others to accomplish goals, provide coaching, advice and assistance as required. 
• Must be able to communicate in English; writing and speaking other languages are advantages
• Good personality/charm
