A 168-room Hotel, opening in early 2014, the property is located along Kaoshiung Street, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. It is set for the public's easy access, located southeast of SM City Cebu and the 5-star Radisson Blu. Kaoshiung Street serves as the main transport route to the mall and to other facilities; like the St. Joseph Shrine of Mabolo, the Cebu International & Domestic Port, and Mandaue City.

Apart from being in a walking distance to the mall, it only takes 5 minutes  by transport to the commercial ports of Cebu. Its is only 8 minutes away from the Cebu International Convention Center and the Park Mall, 18 minutes to Cebu Business Park and Asiatown I.T. Park, and 20 minutes to the Mactan Cebu International Airport.

In preparation for our opening, we are in need of  individuals to fill the following positions:

DUTY MANAGER

Brief Qualifications:

• Must have previous supervisory experience in Front Office
• Oversees every department during their shift
• Calm, efficient and able to work under pressure
• Can cope through communications between emails, pre-shift logs and departmental meetings
• Can work professionally with leadership skills

HOTEL NIGHT DUTY OFFICER

 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of bachelor degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field. 
• Previous Front Office experience in supervisory / management capacity in a Midscale or Luxury property is required
• With customer service experience and general computer skills required.     
• Property/Hotel Management Software experience is required.
• Skills and experience in night audit, directing and overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift are preferred.
• Strong management skills, ability to appropriately assign or delegate work and authority to others to accomplish goals, provide coaching, advice and assistance as required. 
• Must be able to communicate in English; writing and speaking other languages are advantages
• Good personality/charm

Brief Description:

• Handles security, customer service and some management concerns of an organization. 

Physical Attributes:

• Presentable

Education:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Bachelor of Science in Tourism or any four (4) year related course

Skills:

• Knowledgeable in Hotel Property Management System (PMS)
• Knowledge of computers and business machines (Example: Fax Machine, Photocopier, PABX, Scanners and etc.)

Work Experience:

Language & Dialect spoken:

• Fluent both in oral and written English
