- Reports directly to Director of Culinary
- Supplies all outlet of their meat/ poultry/ fish and seafood requirement according to each outlets standards on cuts, portion size, quality and quantity.
Physical Attributes:
- Physically fit, to meet the physical demands of the job.
Education:
- High School graduate with training in Culinary Arts, food handling, and management.
Skills:
- Oral and written communication skills
- People management and skills handling.
- Training skills
- De-boning and Sausage making
- Computer Literate
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
Language & Dialect spoken:
- English and Tagalog or Bisaya
