Knowledge, skills and abilities required for this post are:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- With 1-2 years housekeeping supervisory experience is an advantage
- Very strong management skills, communication, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment
- Ability to work irregular schedules including holidays and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable in Hotel Property Management System like Opera, Acid Soft and the like
