Citiwide Lending Corporation is opening a Cafe located in Talamban, Cebu City and is in urgent need of a:

COOK

Kindly note that this position will be based at a new Café to open soon in the Talamban, Cebu City area. We would appreciate applicants coming from Talamban or the neighboring nearer areas. Interviews though will be conducted at the Citiwide Corporation office located in Mambaling, Cebu City.

Qualifications:

• The Café Cook is responsible for all food production for the Cafe.
• The role involves all of the regular duties associated with preparation and cooking of food, maintaining highest professional food quality, presentation and sanitation standards.
• Relevant culinary qualification, catering and food preparation qualification;
• Intermediate understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills;
• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures;
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure;
• Commitment to quality service, food and beverage knowledge;
• An individual with a positive attitude and able to be productive on a daily basis.
