- At least 5'8 in height
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Can communicate well both orally and in writing
- Graduate or BS HRM or BS Tourism, experience is an advantage
- Literacy in computer operation
- Trustworthy, organized and keen on details
- Can work under pressure
- Ability to think quickly & clearly
- Need to be able to speak clearly & pleasantly at all times
