RESTAURANT MANAGERS

General Responsibilities:

Manage staff to perform as a team, efficiently working to achieve total sales targets.
Ensure that Key Service Standard are consistently implemented.
Maintain highest level of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance of restaurant premises & equipment.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of any Business related courses.
Must be well adept in People Management, Planning, Fostering Teamwork, Developing Budgets and Resolving Conflict.
Self-motivated, with high energy level and can do multi-tasking.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Minimum 2 yrs. experience in Supervisory level in a Casual Restaurant is a must.
