Is currently looking for:

 

RESERVATIONS MANAGER

 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business related course
• At least 5 years working experience in the same capacity
• Progressive hotel management / reservations experience;
• Working knowledge of Opera or other PMS and varying third party channel management systems (ie. Expedia, Booking.com)
• Guest focus and enjoys problem solving
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent follow through
