RESTAURANT MANAGERS
General Responsibilities:
- Manage staff to perform as a team, efficiently working to achieve total sales targets.
- Ensure that Key Service Standard are consistently implemented.
- Maintain highest level of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance of restaurant premises & equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Business related courses.
- Must be well adept in People Management, Planning, Fostering Teamwork, Developing Budgets and Resolving Conflict.
- Self-motivated, with high energy level and can do multi-tasking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Minimum 2 yrs. experience in Supervisory level in a Casual Restaurant is a must.
