Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or  Culinary arts graduate
• Minimum of 10 years working experience as chef
• Knowledgeable with nutrition analysis, menu planning
• Ability to direct and plan food preparation
• Ability to provide consistent food quality
• Must have sensory abilities for taste and smell, manual dexterity
• Good  interpersonal skills, business skills and creativity
