It is set for the public's easy access, located southeast of SM City Cebu and the 5-star Radisson Blu. Kaoshiung Street serves as the main transport route to the mall and to other facilities; like the St. Joseph Shrine of Mabolo, the Cebu International & Domestic Port, and Mandaue City.

Apart from being in a walking distance to the mall, it only takes 5 minutes  by transport to the commercial ports of Cebu. Its is only 8 minutes away from the Cebu International Convention Center and the Park Mall, 18 minutes to Cebu Business Park and Asiatown I.T. Park, and 20 minutes to the Mactan Cebu International Airport.

Brief Qualifications:

• Must have previous supervisory experience in Front Office
• Oversees every department during their shift
• Calm, efficient and able to work under pressure
• Can cope through communications between emails, pre-shift logs and departmental meetings
• Can work professionally with leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of his work area
• Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area
• Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him
• Cleans and provides turndown services as per requirement
• Responsible for following the standard operating procedures
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score

Job Description:

• Supervises all housekeeping employees.
• Plans and assigns work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees.
• Audit and inspects housekeeping personal work assignment and requisition supplies.
• Take care of the budget and budget controlling for the department.
• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.
• Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
• Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
• Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures .
• Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.

• Able to provide guests with highly specialized services meant to improve guest experiences 
• Goes beyond the expectations of guests in order to provide excellent customer service
• Must have driver’s license
• Must know how to Drive
