A 168-room Hotel, opening in early 2014, the property is located along Kaoshiung Street, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. It is set for the public's easy access, located southeast of SM City Cebu and the 5-star Radisson Blu. Kaoshiung Street serves as the main transport route to the mall and to other facilities; like the St. Joseph Shrine of Mabolo, the Cebu International & Domestic Port, and Mandaue City.

Apart from being in a walking distance to the mall, it only takes 5 minutes  by transport to the commercial ports of Cebu. Its is only 8 minutes away from the Cebu International Convention Center and the Park Mall, 18 minutes to Cebu Business Park and Asiatown I.T. Park, and 20 minutes to the Mactan Cebu International Airport.

In preparation for our opening, we are in need of  individuals to fill the following positions:

EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Job Description:

• Supervises all housekeeping employees.
• Plans and assigns work assignments, give training for newly recruited employees.
• Audit and inspects housekeeping personal work assignment and requisition supplies.
• Take care of the budget and budget controlling for the department.
• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.
• Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
• Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
• Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures .
• Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

• Provides supervision and instructions to customers using the pool
• Ensures safety of all customers while in the swimming pool and the perimeter area
• Performs rescue and life saving measures when incidents occur
• Ensures regular implementation of swimming pool sanitary and chlorination systems.

Requirements:

• College level
• Certified First Aider; Advanced Swimming Skill Certificate
• Good in English communication
• Reacts quickly and calmly in emergencies
• Vigilant and observant
• 1 to 4 years experience
