FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

General Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing supervision, leadership & direction to ensure effective profitable operations of Front Office Department. Performs all  responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Hotel policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

Job Specifications:

• Must be a Graduate of a 4 year course of Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  programs in hospitality management (marketing, housekeeping
  management, economics, hotel management) or in related field.
• At least 2 – 3 years of Hospitality experience as Front Office Manager or related field.
• Excellent Organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent skills in customer service, communication, listening, organization, time management, and problem solving.

Housekeeping Supervisor

MONTEBELLO VILLA HOTEL – ABDECOR

Is currently in need of:

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

General Responsibilities:

The Housekeeping Supervisor is well versed with all housekeeping operations and rules. Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms in hotels, and similar establishments. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.

Job Specifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Hospitality or Tourism or Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Must have 1 year or more experienced in the same field in a Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
• Preferably NCII (Housekeeping) holder.
• Excellent Organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent skills in customer service, communication, listening, organization, time management, and problem solving.
• Hands on approach with strong leadership skills and ability to successfully train, guide and mentor staff.
• Have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and must think outside the square.

General Responsibilities:

Head chef take part in the creation of recipes and the preparation of advanced items, while assigning less complicated tasks to sous chefs and cooks. Head Chef's primary duty is the continued efficiency of the kitchen and production of consistent, quality food.

Job Specifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Food and Beverage Services Management, or Hospitality/Hotel Management or Degree of Culinary Science or related certificate.
• At least 2 – 3 years of Hospitality experience as Head Chef.
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management.
• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Must be Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
