FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate.
• Male/Female; 30 - 55 years old.
• Must have at least 3 - 5 yrs. experience of working in positions of high responsibility in the hotel or food and beverage sectors and managing teams of at least 30-50 staff.
• Innovative, result oriented, flexible and with good attitude.
• Excellent people management and Communication skills.
• Up to date with Food and Beverages trends and best practices.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
