Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management
• With five years experience in the same capacity in a Hotel and Restaurant Industry
• Possess good management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train staff and proper scheduling
• Extensive knowledge on fine dining,  banquet functions and events  services
• Has knowledge on food safety regulations
• Ability to handle guest complaints
• Overseeing  food and beverage operations including inventory control of supplies and equipments
• Can work with less supervision
• Performs administrative tasks
