RESORT SUPERVISOR / SPA SUPERVISOR

 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Hospitality Management or any other course
• Candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Spa or Resort Operations
• Fluent written and spoken English, second language would be considered an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Excellent overall communication skills and strong computer knowledge
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexible schedules and working hours; willingness to work weekends & holidays required
• Able to multi-task
• Enthusiastic about training, managing and motivating a Team
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Honest and trustworthy
