Qualification Requirements:

• Have at least one year related experience
• Ability to achieve and meet sales target
• Great communication skills – both written and verbal
• Exceptional communication skills ; articulate & personable
• Background in direct selling & knowledgeable in digital marketing and social media selling approach

Responsible:

• Responsible for generating sales, managing accounts, establishing client related and performing sales administration procedures WITHIN THE LIMITS OF established guidelines, standards and procedures of the Hotel IN ORDER TO achieve sales targets, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction by ensuring proper and strategic implementation sales plans, programs and procedures.

 

Position Specifications

• Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Communications-related course
• At least one (1) year of working experience
• With strong selling skills and client service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Literacy in computer operations
• Sociable, personable and presentable
• Highly motivated, self-driven and highly energetic and can work well under pressure
