General MechanicKitchen and Laundry TechnicianPlumber

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in a five star property in a similar position, at least two (2) years Self-motivated and goal driven.

Strong personality who fosters good team working relations.

Positive with a ‘can-do ‘attitude.

Experience working in a multicultural team including working in an isolated resort environment.

Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, people’s person and very service oriented.

Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Chef De Patie – Pastry

The ideal candidate will be positively spirited, passionate about food and committed to work together with the service team to deliver an amazing guest experiences every time. You are a positive, dynamic, creative and dedicated team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment and under difficult condition while possessing following additional competencies:

• A good sense of business; to be efficient and cost-effective

• Past experience of working in a professional kitchen or similar position   

• Ability to cope under stressful conditions

• Strong leadership skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to multi task: The sous chef in the junior position must be able to handle many tasks all at once

• Ability to be creative; always willing to try something new

• Minimum 2 Years’ experience in the above role with successful record.

• Self-motivated and goal driven

• Excellent verbal and written communicative skills

Purchasing Coordinator / Officer - Overseas Posting

Purchasing Coordinator/ Officer

Perform a high level of guest service through regular interaction with Outrigger guests.  Focus on guest satisfaction through leadership of hosts and effective implementation of strategic guest initiatives across the resort.  Responsible for measuring guest feedback and providing reports on the resort's performance

• Previous experience working in a luxury international resort environment is essential
• Knowledge of the local market
• Good in written and spoken communication in English is a must
• Experience in purchasing administration function
• Computer skills including Excel/words
• Using outlook e mail module
• Self-motivated and goal driven
• Good attitude and career oriented
• Maldives experience is an additional advantage
