Brief Description:

• The forefront of the customer service.

Physical Attributes:

• Presentable

Education:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Bachelor of Science in Tourism or any four (4) year related course

Skills:

• Knowledge of computers and business machines (Example: Fax Machine, Photocopier, PABX, Scanners and etc.)
• Ability to interact
• Displays initiative
• Able to work flexible hours and on night shift

Work Experience:

• Minimum one (1) year working experience in the same field. Preferred but not required

Language & Dialect spoken:

• Fluent both in oral and written English
• Knowledgeable in basic Chinese, Korean and Japanese language. Preferred but not required
• Dialects: Tagalog and Bisaya

Brief Description:

• Supervises the guest services associates

Physical Attributes:

• Presentable

Education:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Bachelor of Science in Tourism or any four (4) year related course

Skills:

• Knowledgeable in Hotel Property Management System (PMS)
• Knowledge of computers and business machines (Example: Fax Machine, Photocopier, PABX, Scanners and etc.)
• Ability to interact
• Displays initiative
• Able to lead and motivate the team
• Able to work flexible hours

Work Experience:

• Minimum two (2) years working experience in a hotel in the same field or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of Hotel Property Management System (PMS) and hotel’s Policies and Procedures

Language & Dialect spoken:

• Fluent both in oral and written English
• Knowledgeable in basic Chinese, Korean and Japanese language. Preferred but not required
• Dialects: Tagalog and Bisaya
