EXECUTIVE CHEF
Qualifications:
- College graduate (Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent); Graduate / Short course Certificate in Culinary Arts
- 3-5 years experience in commercial catering
- Experienced in Menu Planning
- Ability to prepare menus that are creative and profitable
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge in food costing and food production techniques standards
- Excellent planning and execution of various cuisines and special menus
- Excellent organizational and people management skills
- With good command of oral and written English
- HACCP knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in Airline Catering is an advantage
- Filipino Citizen
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu (preferably Cebu based)
