LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Responsibilities:

Build & develop individuals and teams through training and coaching to consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services.

Create quality training programs aligned to the resort’s business objectives.

Play an integral part in supporting all departments in training their teams.

Act as the primary learning expert on the resort and consulting with operational teams in the area of training and development.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Training & Development or related field is required.

2-3 years’ experience as a training and development professional in a resort or hotel setting.

Excellent platform/presentation skills with the ability to conduct and follow structured training programs while consistently applying adult learning and development principles

Advanced computer skills.
