General Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing supervision, leadership & direction to ensure effective profitable operations of Front Office Department. Performs all responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Hotel policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

Job Specifications:

• Must be a Graduate of a 4 year course of Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree programs in hospitality management (marketing, housekeeping management, economics, hotel management) or in related field.
• At least 2 – 3 years of Hospitality experience as Marketing Manager or related field.
• Excellent Organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent skills in customer service, communication, listening, organization, time management, and problem solving.
